Thoughts before NaNoWriMo 2014

I cannot BELIEVE how quickly this past year has gone- a year ago, I was getting all nervous and excited about doing my first ever NaNoWriMo, and now that time of year is here again. Happy Halloween by the way. This time, I have given more time to planning and brainstorming than I did last year: I was so busy with life that I forgot it was on, and spent the first four days just planning, before really getting down to work on my novel. My novel this year will be the third part of my urban fantasy trilogy, The Spellbrooke Trilogy, and it is aimed at 9 – 12 year old children.
